Interesting Color Choice

Drove past this rig in Nebraska today...not the biggest fan of the color but the lift, tires and rear end gives me some ideas. What do you guys think?

I think it's pretty sweet. I agree with you on the color though... it's interesting, looks sort of army green, but not really my cup of tea. The rear bumper and spare/gas carrier is sick. Only thing (other than the color) that really sticks out to me is no roof rack or spoiler. I think all runners, whether mostly stock or really modded, look better with some kind of roof rack or spoiler regardless of OEM or aftermarket. Do you know what kind of tires he's running on there?

Not a huge fan of the color either but the tires are sick and I'm really diggin the rear bumper set up! I've been wondering if someone had a rear bumper with a gas can holder! You don't see that very often but something I would want for sure. NEEDS A ROOF RACK BAD! It looks so naked without one.

I think that Im about to get that same bumper installed. It looks like a shrockworks bumper and mine should be here in about 2 weeks now.

I agree with the roofrack thing. now tell me where I can get one cheap. It's driving me crazy not having one.

and a linked rear suspension

Holy crap!!! I'm pretty sure I saw this EXACT SAME rig in Glenwood Springs, CO (at the big hot springs pool) back on July 21! The dude gets around!

It is a pretty nice set-up, but he REALLY needs a roof rack! If you couldn't tell, the "color" is spray-on truck bed liner. If it had been me, I probably would have gone with tan or maybe even brown over the OD color. Blends into the terrain better for hunting purposes.

I dig the color. Reminds me of my last vehicle - 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Had to sell it about a year ago due to financial reasons.

I loved it though. got a lot a crap for the color, but I really liked the color, "Rescue Green". Hope i dont get flamed for postein a jeep on here. :cheers:

I love the color and the rear rack!

My friend is willing to help me learn welding, and I'd like to fab a rack similar. Any idea how or where to get the pivot points?
Any good picks, plans, or drawings?

I'm not 100% sure, but that tire looks like a Pro Comp Xtreme M/T. And the color, not really for me...but I bet the owner has NO PROBLEM finding it in a parking lot! :thumb3:

I dig it, although its not the military 383 OD green. I think the actual OD color would be nice.
