interesting comparison i noticed

while searching through the internet, i haven't found 1 single vehicle that has a higher ground clearance then the 3rd gen 4runners with the 16x7" 265 series tires. It has 11" of clearance. If someone can help me find a truck STOCK that has more clearance, please let me know.

The Tacoma was listed at 12". Why they were a bit higher than 4Runners I have no idea. But other than that I would agree that the 4Runners have the best ground clearance. My sister has a 4wd Excursion and I measured rear bumper heights and my 2000 4Runner was actually about 1/2" higher. And my differential had an even better advantage, not to mention all the crap that hangs below the frame on other trucks.

Yeah, I know but I have not fully let go of the 2000 yet. Seems I'll have, oh I don't know, two months off, I will have to take some new pictures.
