Interesting ..Toyota LC Prado

Don't know if this goes here but....


I personally don't like the Prado design that much...but the features are awesome.

I wonder if the new 4runner would have at least half of what this Prado comes with.

My preference would be for the 4Runner to be a rebadged Prado (and I'd be in line immediately at $40-$45k loaded, V6 and V8 option) which would move it upmarket. There would be GX sales creep, but they sell a $65k LC and a $75k LX570 dont they, ofcourse a $65k LC is a bit obscene but they must see a place for it.

Then fill the 'back to its routes, need a pukka offroader' spot with the LC70 which still sells in so many markets. It would probably need a few more airbags to sell in the US..., but the V8 diesel engine is thoroughly modern so I wouldnt think emissions would be an issue.
