Interior Lighting Converted to LED (Many PICS)

New guy here. First off I've been readng this board for some time while shopping for my runner. Well finally got it and the leds were one of the first thing I wanted to do. So I bought everything the FO sheezy had. Didn't change a thing. Installed the map lights, and door lights and they worked just fine. Went to install the dome light and nothing.
NOW no interior lights work and my remote doesn't work. Checked fuses they were all fine. Could it be the dome relay? I really don't want to take all that out and drive it back to the dealership and be w/o my runner for the day. Suggestions please!!!

I'd remove the new dome's you put in, or at least disconnect them while testing (just in case there is a short). Then I would double check the fuse box again, just to be sure. I have had similar problems in the past and usually ended up being the fuse. I'm not sure offhand whether the fuse for that would be under the hood or at the steering column, but your owners manual should tell you that. That would be the first thing I would do.

All the lights listed are polarized and need to be inserted the right way.
Also on the Oznium lights sometimes the little pins in the connector get pushed out and don't make good contact. I made sure the pins were in all the way and held the back of the connector when I attached the other connector to it.

Problem solved! It seems that when checking fuses it is reccomended to check the one that the problem is for. I checked every one, threw a fit, yelled out every curse word and made some new ones, and then saw it. DOME (under the hood 10A)

Oh when you blow the dome fuse the info center keeps resetting as well.
Now why the D/S auto window won't work now? Fuses checked and rechecked. Pulled and resecured? Except the dome one. Guess which one it is. Just pulled it even though all the lights were working and put it back in. Works now.
I hate that fuse already!

I had the bulb twist a bit in the dome so I picked up my mini screwdriver with one hand while still fumbling with it. Didn't even think twice about it. I'm a brick or two short of a full load myself sometimes.
Works like a champ now. Lights up the entire neighborhood. If I could have some doves fly out whenver I open my door it would be perfect. Until I get that mod it will probably double as a bug zapper for the summer!!!

Agreed.
Took me about 5 minutes including opening the bags that they come in, and finding the right connector.
WAYYYYYY brighter than the 9-LED bulbs I had in there before. I just tucked the wires under the strip of LED's into the hole that the connector goes. Cleared enough of it that the double sided tape could stick.
I'll know more later when it gets dark.
