Interior Rhino Lining

Has anyone gone down the path to rhino line the cargo area of your truck?

I'm thinking the actual cargo area, the backs of the rear seats (for when they are folded down), and the sides (where it is already black, but just dark plastic).

Thoughts? Am I stupid for thinking this is a possibility?

It has been done, someone posted photos but its been awhile since I saw that thread. I don't think its really worth doing, just use it how you plan to and live with the scratches, then if you really hate the look or its to beat up get it done. I have used and abused the cargo area, while the plastic does scratch over all its not in bad shape.

i believe it was this thread TOYSTRY made, but it looks like his pics are all gone

I've thought about it but Rhino Liner sometimes doesn't stick well to plastics so I probably wouldn't go through with it unless the plastics really got in bad shape. Whenever I get around to building some storage drawers in the cargo area, I'll probably RL them.

We did the interior of my sons Jeep. It looked good very rugged but it made the interior so freaking hot.. Just something to consider.....

I was the one who did it. I've since sold my 4Runner and deleted all the old pics from photo bucket because it was linking my name to photos (I don't like googling my name and finding pics about my mods online - don't need the wife snooping on me).

I'll leave you with this, it's the single best mod I did to the 4Runner (especially since I own a dog with white hair).

Let me know what questions you have.

Lets see if these pics work, pics are reversed but you get the idea.

These photos will disappear in 48hrs as I've deleted my account. I'll create a new one but can't guarantee I'll have time to upload them. If someone needs something, send me a PM and I'll email the pics to you privately until I have time to redo the original work.

Man I love it! Did it have any issues with adhesion? Professionally sprayed or DIY? Not for the grocery getters, but I use mine like a truck (probably should have bought a truck).
