Hey Guys!

I recently had this misfortune to have a 2007 Modified FJ cruiser stolen from me and then 3 weeks later burned out in the corn fields of Central Illinois.
NO IT WAS NOT COOL!

You can read about that Drama Here! Stolen FJ Thread w pictures

So last week I picked up a 2008 V8 Sport Edition 4 runner to replace that rig!

Im looking forward to moding this ride like I did my FJ and have a good time wheeling it as well. I look forward to becoming friends with many of you and having stories that we will be retelling for a life time!

A bit about me... I have never had a car that I left stock! I always think they can be better. I love Photography and Vidography. Love going on group trail rides and Camping trips with fellow wheelers. Just tons of fun! :grouphug: Love Mt Biking and run one Half Marathon a year just to keep the old ticker working good.

Ohh and I love your Smilies you have here, FJcruiserforums needs to get some of these on board!

So feel free to PM or email me, I am always up for hanging out!

Yeah I heard about your FJ, that's a bummer man. Welcome to the board.

I think I actually wheeled with you at the first Chicagoland Toyota Jambo at Cliffs, maybe also with Dragon and Phil by the canal on the short lived TOGA thing.

Nice choice w/ the Runner, I am sure you will love it. Now lift it and get some new meats and get back on the trail.

I have the silver 2001 4Runner. Racedirt1 on the blue-board also :bigok:

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to T4R.org. Sorry to see that happen to your FJC. Any reason why you didn't get the FJ again?

We have similar interests... I'm still learning the ropes of Photoshop and experimenting with various settings on my camera, and I've only transferred one DV tape footage over to my PC. Haven't had time to try editing in Premier.

Getting a moutain bike is still on my to-do list, but winter is upon us and time to hit the slopes for me.

Enjoy your stay. From the looks of your FJC, I'm sure your 4Runner won't be anything less than impressive.

Welcome to the forum, I read about your FJ that sucks man. Are you going to invest in a good aftermarket alarm? Im looking forward to hearing about all of the mods you do to your 4r.

Welcome...i remember you from the FJ Forums. Sorry to hear about your FJ.

Silver lining...your FJ is within the year period where you probably will get the fender bulge/crack down the road. So, there you go...a silver lining...a small one though. :(

Again, congrats on your new 4runner...sorry about your FJ.

Not to speak for him, but this is what he said on the FJ forum (page 12):

"I have been shopping for new/used FJC and everytime I see one I get upset that I had one lost and that it is not the same as the one I had... So I have had to move on, but not far. I allocated a 2008 Toyota 4 Runner that I plan on putting offroad garb on and still having fun with you guys if you will let me!"

By all means, welcome to the forum. From the pictures of your recently deceased FJ, I imagine your 4Runner will be just as impressive, if not more. We all look forward to a new rig on the site. BTW, go Blackhawks!

Works for me... haven't gone through that whole thread yet.

Thanks Thai. Looking forward to seeing his 4Runner upgraded.

Yea..

That is the only Reason why I did not get another FJC. I actually find myself scolding those that have them! Sucks.. I loved that truck, I had lots of time into it and it is all gone in the matter of 60 seconds. It really blows.

I am enjoying the 4 runner lots right now, We have a Midwest Trail outing in Wisconsin on November 21st and im looking to break in the new 4 runner on the trails!
