Inverter power connection

I have a 400W inverter that I would like to install in a more permanent fashion than just using the power outlet. (I think it's limited to about 100W anyway.)

My question concerns the fuse area and wiring connections. Are there any open connections in the fuse area that I can use to power the inverter, or do i need to run a wire from the battery all the way through to the inverter?

What year is your vehicle? If you have an 03 and later 4Runner you can use the factory inverter fuse and some of the wiring.

jst run a seprate wire direct from your batery to inverter(with a fuse or breaker of course). this will make the wiring simpler and easier to instal

Cobra CP 1575

I also just have brought an inverter, but mine is much bigger and I don't seem to have a place to put it. The inverter is the Cobra CP 1575 I have a 2008 V8 Sports Edition, please help.
