Dension just upgraded their product to the ICELink Plus. As of now they don't have a link for a Toyota compatible unit. This seems odd as the original ICELink worked fine in most Toyotas. If you are serious about getting one now and you want an ICELink, I would suggest calling the company to see if there is one available and the site just doesn't list it. Pricewise, you're looking at around $249. That's what the ICELink was, I'm assuming they kept the same pricepoint for the Plus since it took the place of the original. It's a lot of money, but it works well, and integrates perfectly, not causing any problems and retaining all your original functionality.

I've got the PIE adapter and its worked great since I've relocated it. I don't have a IPOD but I use it to get the audio from my portable DVD player to play through my car speakers.

Thanks for all the feedback folks, but I think I'm going to stick with purchasing the PAC interface. It should cost a little less than the Icelink, (a bit over $200 with the two Toyota specific harnesses), but quite a bit more than the straight AUX-IN devices. At this moment, (at least until the next Icelink comes out) it seems to be the only unit that is supposed to allow you to control the Ipod from the radio controls. No mention if you'll see anything on the display, but I'm not holding my breath for that. Corect me if I've misunderstood, but all the other units mentioned above, (exept the old NLA Icelink) seem to just be an AUX input....no control capability.
That does not sound too promising. On PCA's web site they mention difficulties with iPods with older software. Have you updated your iPod's software? Here's the link to the iPod updater:mshrake said:
