IPod Adapters and Installation

I want to install an Ipod Adaper in my 2004 4runner. My 4runner has the cass/single cd player. The 2 Adapters that I am looking at are:
1) USA SPEC PA11TOY
2) Peripheral IPod2Car PXDP

Questions.

1. Anyone ever used and have any good report on either of these 2 are recommendation on orthers?

2. Does anyone know how difficult it is to remove the radio for the IPod installation?

3. Does anyone know where I can purchase the Toyota Repair Manuel cheaper than the 2vol $139ea and $80 wiring diagram Toyota is asking.

I use the PIE unit myself and like it.

try ebay for the manuals.

Also you can find all this information through the search function. I'm also going to move this thread to audio instead of classifieds.
