here is my intake man im deff gonna ditch the cheap-o filter that came with the kit i had to fab up a bottom mounting bracket for it not the best designed intake and i had to buy a spectre tube (mounts into engine) i just noticed a nice loud intake sound from it and maybe a little gain. this is current pic of it

you should get a good paint and re-do the top back to black and do the wiendsheild wippers black

yea man i like the winsheilds wirper arms white but thanks fior the input.. and yea man i noticed a bigincreas in power from mine i put on today, acceleration big time!! and damn its soooooo louD!!!!!!!! with that exhaust you cant tell form the videoo i just posted but it is! and the whole car is getting painted gloss red soon bro and the top of the car is not white its faded to the fiberglass of the top

Here's some pictures of the new intakes I just installed. this thing has made my truck a whole new vehicle it's given it slot of power and sounds! You guys who say it wouldn't do anything were wrong!!! And I'm glad u were! Here's pics:

Oh man only if you could hear it in person man, my camera could not pick up the half of it, it's way louder and makes your ears pop when driving and the bass is crazy loud!! Good idea man!

Painted trim!

Ive been meaning to do this for a while, i painted the trim around the sliding windows today their was some rust just a little bit, soo o touched them up to look brand new

89 runners at the macco in hickory nc getting paint red with a black top. i was debating hard whether to get red on red or red with the black top, the macco guys suggested black n the top because one it would look good and two it would look better considering the top of the top is messed up a little. but it should look great i cant wait ill get pics next week! :boxer:

you should look at taking them side windows out and really fixing the L trim. Its not hard. they push out. thise L trim pieces rust from the backside out. The stuff they use to hold the windows in place can be had at autozone for about $24 and you can do both sides.

The thing I was telling you about your intake leaking is on the Biggest hose going to the new intake. after a while it starts leaking. Go ahead and seal it up.

Ok here's how it is maaan, this by no means offensive towards anybody here I see so called red necks with their "bad boy" or other crazy names decals on their front windshield, that I think are re****ed, so why mock mine? It's the name on the company that produced my lights, if you want people to feel welcome on this forum and this goes for alot of you chill out bros and hoes lol and embrace everones ideas or mods, or at least respect them, and thanks for the por15 advice man that will probably be needed in the future,

Did you remove this yet? I didnt even now they still made street glow neon lights anymore, havent seen them since the original Fast and the Furious...

Dont let rednecks and their ri**** stickers make you feel that you need to put one on. Trust me, I live on the outskirts of a podunk-ville and see enough hunting stickers that would make me kick my own a** if I even thought about putting them on my truck. Ditch the B*tch, Lets Go Hunting", give me a break... almost as bad as the knock off Buick portholes and M3 gills I see on every other hispanic car. I just want to reach in and shake them back into reality and cry ITS NOT COOL!!!

I understand being original, but there are some things that are better off not done... However, we are in opposite sides of the country and maybe you do things different over there.

ok soo ive done some things to the 4runner since i havent been on tell me what you guys think, and i highly suggest getting a permenet dash cap if your dash is cracked enjoy!

.i got the new black dash pad installed, you sand the orginal dash down and sand the bottem of the dash cap down and apply silicon all over the place and put wieghts on top of the dash cap once you put it on and there you have it., except dont put to much wieght on it becuase i CRACKED my WINDOW!!

. i used VHT NITESHADES spray to tint the outside corner lights at night you can see the corner lights perfectly as normal but during the day you can see blacked out lights! i also VHT NITESHADE painted the interior door lights (the lights that come on when you oopen the door) black during anytime but when they come on you see the light perfectly.

.next i spray painted the whole underside of the car black, and i coated all fender wells with spray on bed liner it looks perfect. just for extra protection. i painted the skid plate black it was rough before.

. next i did some interior decorating and sprayed certain things in the car include door hinge trim, door trims, trunck trim, and some other parts in the pictures. with a legit interior black paint. for this kind of stuf it all looks factory!!

nice how come you didnt do the turn signal in the bumper as well and dont take the push bar off mine saved my truck and my friends life but reinforce it to the frame

i defiantly will not take ti off i like it plus as you said i was thinkin that same thing the other day what if i got in a wreck that thing would save me! i dident do the bumber blinker lights becuase it would be REALLY illegal then i just did the corners becuase i can get away with it
