Problem is once you start getting to mid 200's there is a long list of minor **** that really adds up that you need to change. Most of this stuff should have been replaced mid 100's but it usually never is because they don't really wear out till after 200k.
The list of crap could b: front and rear wheel bearings, Upper and lower ball joints, Springs and Shocks, suspension bushings, Control arm bushings, U joints, maybe head gaskets, muffler/CAT, rear drums, Rear main seal, Valve cover gaskets, Aux Belts, fan belts, steering rack bushings, new fluids, and then a normal tune up.
Most of the stuff in that list can be put off a long time well into the mid to late 200k miles, but i think it needs to be known that eventually that kind of stuff will need to be taken care of at one point.
