Is it a LED or a Bulb Passenger Airbag Status

I just noticed that the amber light that shows the status of whether the passenger side air bag is on or off does not light up. I have an 06, but it was not until now that I realized I don't recall my 04 having this light. Is this a led or a bulb?

The light is only on when somebody or something is in the passenger seat so keep that in mind.

I sat in the passenger seat to test but the only light that came on was the seat belt reminder light

If I remember correctly, I believe the passenger seatbelt has to be buckled too. The manual says anything over I believe 70-75 lbs seating in the passenger seat should illuminate the passenger airbag light on the HVAC basel trim. I remember sitting some heavy package (90 lbs) on the passenger seat but no light. Whenever my daughter or neighbor's kid sit in the seat with the belt buckle, my passenger airbag light is always lit.

Your light should work....if it doesn't I'd return to the dealer just to make sure it is not a malfunctioning weight sensor in the passenger seat.

It should also light up initially when you start the ignition when all the other indicator lights on your dash come on regardless if someone is sitting in the front passenger seat or not.
