Is it possible to convert drums to discs?

Are there any kits / or is it possible to convert the rear drums into disc brakes? BTW. I'm looking to do this on a '97 SR5.

Yes, but it is not an easy task to do.

I made my own brackets and used Monte Carlo calipers with Chevy truck rotors for my 89 trucks conversion. Works really well. I did it too with my 85 4runner. I am thinking about it on the 2000.
