I'm getting a Limited 4wd Blizzard/beige w/ nav and third-row (it also has remote start, but I don't expect I'll need it much in Houston).

I got it from Jay Wolfe in Kansas City, MO. I got cold feet about the price when I saw similar vehicles pop up at two other dealers. I called those dealers and spoke to someone who was "going to lay hands on the vehicle and call me back." Neither of them ever called back, which tells me that they weren't very interested in selling the vehicle, and that they wouldn't be willing to beat my current price by much (or at all).

Next steps are tinting the windows and putting on nerf bars.

Sounds awesome, would love to see pics of the tint job you get, when it's done. Have strongly considered tinting ours, love the look of the BP with consistent dark windows across the side.

That's awesome, I'm sure you can't wait to pick it up. There's nothing like the feeling of driving off in a new truck. On a side note, I'm also from Houston but moved to Dallas. Spring/North side. That remote start will come in more often than you think. You know how hot the houston summers are, I used to start mine up with the A/C at full to cool the thing down before I took of. I didn't think I'd use mine much either, but I found I really did. I don't have it on my current 5th gen.. Kinda miss it, kinda don't. lol.
