To save money, you could get a non-elocker axle ( about $100) and do the grind/ weld mod to put the elocker diff in it
I was considering that, but I don't have power tools or a shop to do this in.
I don't want to drop $2-3k on a $3k T4R..

Tough call. It really comes down to how much is means to you and of course your budget. Are you for sure it needs all those parts or just assuming?

Maybe sell the e-locker components to someone that would be happy to mod their regular housing. You'll make money on the whole deal.
Maybe when you do get fab tools, you could do something creative like cut the fender out and build a black diamond plate tool box in that corner.
Too bad to see that happened. Pretty sure I'd puke.

There's a good chance the frame got tweaked. The panel damage extends up to the window which will be a PITA to fix. If you can turn it into a functional beater without sinking money into it I'd do that, otherwise part it out. Being from Florida it should be pretty rust free so the components should fetch a decent price. Actually I was hoping to find a clean but mangled axle so I could cut off the diff pumpkin cover and weld it onto my rusty one. This would be a perfect donor except you are on the opposite corner of the continent; unless you want to mail it to me in Washington state. I'd give you a few bucks for that cover if you want to cut it off with a zip disc.

I have a bare e-locker axle housing I have no use for that's yours for $90. Just would have to cover shipping.
It got hit into the wheel and 1/4 panel at 45-50mph. Best to replace all if i go this route.
I was thinking about turning it into a beater.

Marlin crawler has a cut to length rear axle shaft for $150, it looks like you can just cut it with a grinder and then press on your components

If theres no frame damage go pull an elocker with axel housing from a junk yard. Most junk yards dont even know what they have. I pulled mine for 150 bucks. Locker, actuator and housing.
I blew out a elocker, got a replacement drum to drum, so sold my blown one drum to drum for 150. ( e locker unit not repairable, blown pinion gear and ate a lot inside)
two weeks before another was on craigslist for 125, no elocker installed, but the eloocker diff housing, not drum to drum
was in a wrecking yard 2 weeks ago and saw a diff that someone had taken the elocker out and left the diff housing
moral of story......they are out there..... the diff housing for an elocker that is...just got to hunt, and you got someone above in another post willing to sell one to you
