Yeah, I thought about putting the resonator back on. Surprisingly enough, the 50 series Magnaflow made all the difference. Throaty on the gas, mellow when idling and cruising.

can anyone answer this? my tailpipe is bent where it goes over the frame and the resonator just dangles low behind the wheel. i can't get it to line up with the clamp above, so i know it's bent. if i just unbolt and remove that section of tailpipe behind the muffler, what would the effect be? would the fumes be horrible? would it affect acceleration or MPG? halpSo what would be the downside of just cutting it off and having the exhaust exit under the frame?
