Is the Sliding Cargo Deck a Port or Factory option?

I'm seeing differing opinions on the question of where the Sliding Rear Cargo Deck is installed. I've found a few folks that say it's a port option, but my dealership says they cannot add it at the port. My 4R is allocated and on the way to the Portland port.

Factory only. If it was port/dealer installed, there would be a part number for it, and you could order it and installed it yourself.
