What are some differences peole have noticed and how much do you recommend it? If so what are some tips into doing this effectively and the best?

at around $7 a can, I think it IS worth it. Im new to it, and about to do my second application, although the first time I didnt put it in my oil. It basically acts like a 'steam cleaner' for your internals.....which I dont think is a bad thing. I dont see the point in doing it more than once or maybe twice a year, but, it is fun to watch your truck smoke off its sin!
It wont hurt, so if you have $7 extra, might as well!

just did this tonight on foreign4adays runner, hes a member here but not very active. his is a 90' i believe. worked really well. feels alot smoother.

on my 04, i didnt really notice a huge difference other than a tad better gas mileage and a smoother idle.
