is there a HD rear spring available?

i need something a bit stiffer, one of my boats weighs close to 5000lbs with the trailer and the rear sags ALOT. today my brother in law bought an sti that caught on fire and i towed it home for him.... thing was bottomed out the whole time.

ive got the daystar budget boost spacer up front, but i really dont want to lift the truck anymore.

i would like a stock height spring or very small lift spring that is stiffer. was also considering getting these for the time being

Forget springs, get a weight distributing hitch that will take some of the weight off the rear and push it to the front.

That looks dangerous. Try moog fj coils with airbags for when you tow

I do have 2'' lift coils from Icon, I do not know the rate but they are stiffer than stock. However If I try to move my trailer (7000lbs) without the weight distribution hitch it looks like yours in the picture.

Pretty darn level with weight distribution hitch. 28ft overall length trailer @ 7000lbs loaded.




I have heard of people having good luck with the air lift springs in conjunction with stock coils too.

i dont want to sound like an ass, but you need to learn how to load a trailer... that car is way too far forward on that trailer, you should have backed it up at least a foot. OME makes some heavy duty springs for your rig, but they will lift it. your best bet would be ditch the spacer(doesnt help with towing) and get the OME896 and a set of firestone airbags for inside the coils that will help when towing. that should put you at roughly the same height you are currently.
