Is there a ‘rate this rust’ sticky somewhere?

Looks pretty good/ nothing concerning to me. Thats a 2-3 year old vehicle around here.

If youre in the southwest, everyone will have a heart attack looking at it, but thats nothing and you can stop that.

Option 1 would be taking it to a rust shop

You could try to sand/ wire wheel over it and cover it with a rust converter like corroseal

Either with or without that option coat it with fluid film, woolwax, krown, etc

For those of us comfortable with rust, that wouldnt change anything and is pretty easy to fix as its all along the most common placed - IE the frame welds
