Is there a way to test elocker ECU (SOLVED)

I’ve recently done a ton of work on my 4runner and went for a test drive last night. ECGS 3rds, tubbed for 35’s, 1” body lift, new axle seals/bearings/brake shoes and probably a few more odds and ends. Well a block away I realized my elocker was on and it wouldn’t disengage. I pulled the locker motor and manually unlocked the diff, tested the motor seems to work fine. I can hear and feel the elocker ecu clicking on and off when I press the diff lock button but the motor is not moving and its not locking (I have the rear tires off the ground). 99% sure I didn’t hit any wires while I was doing the tubbing but The ecu was sort of sitting near where it could’ve gotten grinder dust and such on it? Is there anything specific I can test without buying a new elocker ecu?

This weekend I might be able to borrow my buddies elocker ecu to see if it fixes it..

In the fsm it's sa-118 differential locking mechanism page 1288.

Man after so much searching and taking the elocker motor apart and I bought another elocker ecu (trying to return it if possible).. I finally fixed it, ended up being a broken wire on the harness that connects to the elocker motor itself. I figured it out because I knew I could put 12v directly to the motor and make it turn while it was on the axle. Then I tried to get the motor to turn by putting power to the same wires where the ecu connects, nothing. Then I tried where it goes through the gas tank hole, nothing. Then I tried under the truck at the small harness that splits the actuator and the sensor wires apart, nothing. Tested for continuity on all the wires on the harness and got nothing for the green one! Cut out the old wire and soldered in a new one. Now it works like a charm.
