2007 Sport's mid-level stereo, CD player and Sirius XM to also accept BlueTooth cell phone usage? I'd like to keep everything OEM if possible, instead of going upmarket with a new, expensive, non-OEM system.

The only reason to keep OEM is for the look. And that's very subjective.

An aftermarket audio system in MOST cases will be far superior at a much lower cost. OEM audio is usually 2-3 times the cost of a comparable aftermarket system.

Your other option is a factory refurbished or used. But they may be harder to find.

i know you said OEM is preferred, but you can find 2013 aftermarket models(much better looking and performing IMO) that do just about everything for under $300....amazon is a great place, just picked up my Pioneer avhx-2500BT for $270 shipped
