Is there any way to make accessory stay on longer?

Is there any way to make accessory stay on longer or indefinitely on my 2020 Pro? I routinely sit in my vehicle working on my laptop or talking on the phone and then accessory turns off and interrupts the call and WiFi. I’d rather not just leave it running when not necessary.

I have a key and that's what I do.
For the push button, I did rent a Rav-4 with push button once and if I left it in N when I killed the motor, the radio stayed on indefinitely.

How long are you sitting in it? This is a good way to get yourself stranded, which is why it turns off. I’d leave it running.

No experience, but I found this from a thread years ago. Apparently there's a 20-minute time limit.

"When you go to the movies, put your parking brake on, turn A/C system off, then put the truck in NEUTRAL. Then, shut it down, and turn it on again without touching the brake pedal, putting in in the ''ON'' status (not accessories). There will be no time limits, and your radio will work."

How long are you sitting in it? This is a good way to get yourself stranded, which is why it turns off. I’d leave it running.

I agree with your reasoning of why it shuts off after a period of time, but in accessory mode, it would take hours to drain a new battery. Even my old 4Runner with an old battery, sitting in it for an hour at a time listening to the radio during lunch, never caused the battery to drain down enough not to start.

The neutral with the parking brake trick works like a champ. But in that condition the truck does not like you getting out with the fob, it beeps on the inside then beeps on the outside until you return.
