Is this a blown/crack headgasket!?uhhh

Hey guys,
So after 3months i've finally diagnosed and fixed my multiple codes ive had on the runnner (rich/lean/missfire codes) .So last night before putting my throttle body back on I noticed what look like oil/coolant mix in my intake... I quickly drained the oil (it was needed since it was full of fuel).I didn't see any signs of coolant.The only spot that I did see some signs were in the intake manifold, tiny bit in the crankcase and under the oil cap .(see pictures) I checked the rad for any oil spots and I didn't see any there either.

I'm not sure if this is a start do a head gasket failure but if you've had the same experience let me know.

Sorry , I had started with a p0172 (rich) cleaned the injectors ,changed the 02's then the p0171 popped up + P0300 random missfire( The truck was getting 8.5mpg and had a very poor idle when it was warmed up). A few days ago I got a 02 sensor code for sensor #1 accompanied with the other p0171/P0300. Last night I took appart the whole intake system to make sure there was no leaks and replaced the fuel pressure regulator.That solved the idle issue and up to now I havn't had any codes show up (fingers crossed).

Other then that I havn't had any over heating ,the truck runs awsome and smooth like silk now with a steady 700rpm idle.

I was stupid todo so but I left the fuel soaked oil in there for quite a while (probbly drove 100-150 miles max since last oil change) .When I drained the oil it no longer had that thick consistency it..

I'm glad the FPR has seemed to take care of your issues. I'd recheck for coolant during your next oil change, the thing was running so lousy before it'd be a hard diagnosis at this point.

Ya I was so relieved when I first started it and ran well!The power band is also much smoother and torquier on the low end.My 5 minutes of excitement was shortly lived after seing this!Looks like a I got a rare Lemon..
