Is this a good deal?

I have an offer from dealer of $27,517 for a new 2009 4Runner SR5 V6 4wd (galactic gray). MSRP is $32,988 (with options like carpet floor/cargo 5, roof rack, daytime runnings lights, power tilt and slide sunroof, rear spoiler, SR5 EVP #1 Package, tonneau cover, tow hitch, 17" aluminum wheels). Only additional costs are license, tax, registration, etc. Any input on your part would be most welcome! Thanks!!

That's probably close to invoice pricing, if I had to make a guess. You should go to Edmunds.com and look up the pricing to see if it's a good deal or not.
