Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. It is an 05 so I am surprised they moved so much. When I first read it, it seemed a bit high. When I read it again, you are getting a fully loaded SR5 with the leather steering wheel with audio controls, leather interior, and the double deck cargo.

I just compared your MSRP with Cars Direct (www.carsdirect.com) and they said the MRSP is $31,685, and you can buy it through them for $28,721, a couple hundred above invoice price. I bought my last car using them (Mazda) and plan to buy a 2005 V8 4Runner using them when they come out. I have no association with Cars Direct, but I found it to be a great way to get a great price and not have to deal with a sales person except to give him your check and take the car.
