Is this an ARB?

First off sorry for starting a stupid thread.
Especially because this is my first thread, I really wanted my first thread to be my build.

I am about to go buy this bumper, the seller told me it was a Tacoma ARB but it doesn't look like any other ARB I have seen??
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I unfortunately had to pass on it, just not a priority right now (I'm an idiot!) it was only $200.00!!!
Well I managed to completely ruin my whole rear hatch while trying to paint the license plate surround today, So, id say I came out on top....
DO NOT EVER try to paint your license plate surround! It will take forever just to get it out then the very expensive PPG paint you had custom made for you wont adhere, after about 15 coats you will give up.
And move to the also expensive lacquer clear coat which on the third coat you will realize adheres if you spray it from an inch away.
And to top things off you will Stupidly put adhesive on the rubber gasket you removed which sits between the metal door and plastic plate and it will ooze all over and give that hand crafted finishing touch to the entire job..
I havent even bothered trying to put it back on the car, my spirits are completely shot right now....
AND to think I could have spent the day getting a new bumper FML :uzi: :gun4:

Oh no worries I wanted to let you know before I passed on it (so you could get dibbs).... but she told me someone was already on their way with 100 dollars over the asking price of 200.
I just called and left a message with the seller asking if it is still available, if they call me back I will let you know.

I mangled my finger really badly trying to get the rear hatch back together, got blood all over the 4runner!
The motor assembly slipped off the inner sheet metal and my finger ended up between the two gears! Anyone who works on the hatch and thinks of sliding around that motor assembly needs to know that this can happen relatively easily.

PS: I got my paint from San Leandro Color it was 28 for the paint and another 20ish for the clear THEY BOTH SUCKED!!! And the Silver PPG Paint that they mixed according to the color code came out way too dark! I dont recommend them at all! The products were nothing short of terrible!

yea idk if i will. im not sure if it will mount to my 96, or i would have to modify the mounts. but yea let me know what goes down.

LINY4runner made his TJM work for him. If you have a chance to get that bumper I'd say you do the same. Those are so hard to get now especially for that price.
