As always, it's hard to make a good decision based on pics...From the pics it looks to be in above average condition, has good options, and has been well maintained. That engine pic is very telling as the flimsy metal bits that usually look rusty or otherwise cruddy, are all still very shiny. Depending on what they are asking it looks to be a good deal.

As for the radiator, just because the owner changed out the radiator doesn't in itself indicate the infamous pink milkshake. It could just be he was aware of what might happen and took the steps to hopefully prevent it.

It has a fresh paint job all over. It is an Arizona car and had sun damage, so in order to sell it they re-sprayed it, hence the fresh look

Thanks for all the help guys! I'm very tempted to have a look. I'm going to check out the only two in the area I'm interested in today, and if they fall through I may go a drive over there.

While your there check for a bad paint job. Overall and from a far it might look good. Get up close and look for sloppy tape lines, overspray in areas. Did the seller do a fast once over? Cheaper and short cuts on the prep work will make the paint job last shorter. Maybe paint issues will start popping up as little as 2 years. Does the shop that did the paint have a warranty, is it transferable?
PPG is what my Stealership here sprays when doing painting work.

The Sport Edition packages were an optional package added to the SR5's. So all Sport Editions are in fact SR5's.

Not just a normal SR5, so it's going to include other options than a base SR5.

You said "not an SR5". I wouldn't say it will include more options than a regular SR5. All it was, was painted bumpers and flares, hood scoop, and 5-spoke wheels. Having a Sport doesn't give an advantage to having options such as locker, leather, woodgrain, etc.

The woodgrain on blue interior is downright scary, but I actually dig the gold emblems if I'm aiming for that proper 90's vehicle look. Think two-tone paint and cladding.

Damn. I love a stock LX450 in all of its badge-engineered greatness. All the new crap out today can't maintain the overall ruggedness while incorporated the classiness.
