Is this the right bushing for the HD's?

I got Bilstein HD's and need new upper bushings. Toytec has this listed under 3rd Gen 4runners:

Front shock replacement bushing/washer kit

But when I click on it it states 2010 and up. Is it the right part for my 99?

There are strut plates with integrated lower bushing but no upper bushing. Why they do that is beyond me.

I would contact the manufacturer of the bushing.
They should have technical support.

You will have to ask Toytec who the manufacturer is though.

Do the 4th and 5th gen 4runners use the same or similar upper strut bushing setup? I just read that it fits 4th and 5th.
