I did the ISR (Intake Silencer Removal) mod about a month ago, Im happy with the slight performance gain. Not sure what it did to my mpg but it did increase engine performance slightly in the way of better throttle response.
Anyways, one thing that I didnt see mentioned in any of the ISR Threads that I read is that once you do the ISR mod, you can no longer pull your dip stick out without undoing the new intake tube from the mass airflow sensor, at least that how mine is.
Just putting that out there for people considering the mod.
