It sounds like bats

Whenever I am driving around, and my foot is not pushing the clutch in, I hear a slight squeal, like a belt squeal, kinda like bats! Then when I push in the clutch, it goes away!!!! Any ideas??

It sounds like the throwout bearing is just touching the clutch fingers. There should be a gap between the throwout fork and whatever pushes it . It may just need an adjustment. It is an indication that the clutch has worn some and all the free play in the clutch pedal is gone.
