Initially it sounded like a rubber / plastic bit. It made me think pulley, belt, or something. But to me it sounds vibration driven. Check to see if you front bumper is contacting the body anywhere. Maybe check your skid plates too. The more I listen it sounds like metal to metal chirping.
I once had a whistling sound that got louder the faster I went. At highway speed, it was very pronounced. I took it into a shop. (mistake). Brake job, bearings, blah, blah, blah. Did it fix it? NO! One day after work as I was walking to my truck, I noticed a piece of clear plastic film waving in the breeze near the top of my windshield chrome molding. I knew right away, it had been acting like a reed when drawn tight to the lips to blow and make a nasal sort of sound. I removed it and the sound was gone. I spent over a thousand dollars on other could-be fixes. At least I had very nice brakes after that.
