Since my purchase of the 4Runner last October, I have been what she calls "obsessed" with it. I'm on here, always working on it, and talking about it. If we're driving and I see another 3rd gen, I'll point it out. She calls it a sickness!
Well, we were watching TV last night and the opening scene of a show was a camera shot of a busy street. She pauses it, and asked me if I saw that...I said, no, what?
She rewinds it, and boom...3rd gen 4Runner! Now she is spotting them, and on TV (which was kind of hard to see).
I can't remmeber the last time I was this proud of her...and I told her my sickness is starting to wear off on her!

Just thought I'd lighten this thread up a little.

Eventually they realize we can either sit in complete silence or talk about 4Runners.

I used to have an 03 4runner that was slightly lifted with a little larger tires and my wife loved it. I traded it in for a 2010 tundra and she has hated me ever since.
