Jacking position to change a tire

I just got a used 1997 4runner. I am not totally sure how to use the factory jack it is supplied with. Can someone give me some details about how to place the jack when changing a front tire?

If you haven't already checked the manual I'd recommend a flat spot on the lower control arm near the hub. But go by what the manual says first.
