Well, I went today to get 3 tires dismounted from the rims and low and behold, 20 minutes later I went back and my rims were scratched. I asked the guy what the heck the deal was and he swore that he knew nothing about the markings on my rims. They were perfect going in, no dings chips or scracthing on any of the rims. He was kind enough to void the $30 charge for the dismount but that does not solve the point of screwing up my wheels. I did go over and look at the foot on the machine that is used for the process and it too is a piece of junk. I was pretty hacked off to say the least.
Bottom line, if you are in the Long Beach area and need some work done for your vehicle.......DO NOT go to JACKSONS AUTO REPAIR.
