Jammed ABS Module

Been fighting issues with my rear brakes and installed new wheel cylinders (again) yesterday and bled everything. Decided to go once more this morning and noticed I was getting nothing out of the rear (99 with ABS, using Motive Bleeder) which was odd. I have done this a number of times without issue, check the whole system and make it back to the ABS module.

Pressure from every port but the one feeding the rear brakes. Even if I take the car out, slam on the brakes and activate the ABS, I still get no fluid. I have done this with the rear line disconnected from the module. I get pressure from both MC ports, just nothing from the ABS for port feeding the rear brakes.

This is super strange as my ABS WORKS just fine while driving and I have had no issues at all. Using my basic code scanner I have no lights and no ABS warnings. It seems like a valve is jammed in my ABS module. I would assume it was the pump motor but like I said, no codes and the ABS still works.

Well, I confirmed the ABS module is the weak point, just have NO clue what is wrong. I have no ABS light, ABS still works, I just get no fluid from the ABS module rear brake outlet.

MC is providing plenty of pressure, I just can't get it to run through the ABS. I have run the ABS multiple times on gravel, it activates and works fine, just won't let any fluid run to the rear.

To make extra sure I used a custom union I had made for an old project, sure enough, if I bypass the ABS I get fluid to the rears just fine. I am going to try and actuate the valve manually and see if I can make that work.

Has anyone come across something like this?
