I believe it is set in stone for Saturday the 14th for the 10+ people going.....people might stay overnight and want to meet you on Sunday. Just a thought, I will not be there Sunday.

The trail is an easy moderate Blue Square trail. You rig is more than adequate for the run. Once we get to 3N16 we will head towards Holcomb Valley to Polique. If there are a few that want to run John Bull on the way then they can split off and do that and the rest can stay on easy route.

Any chance I can do John bull with no sliders? I know body damage will be highly likely... Let me know what you guys that have run it think, i have done gold mountain twice no problem. Stats in my sig. Thanks
 
From the videos I've been watchin John Bull trail looks pretty knarly. I don't have lockers or a winch so I think I'll be passing The Bull for now. Maybe when I have a rear locker.
 
I've gotten some contact info PMs from a few of you guys. I will email out the group with full contact info on Friday if you join by sending me a PM.

Again, I am suggesting this because the PM system will be pretty useless on the trail and I don't thing anyone should post their contact info on this forum. It is indexed by Google nightly.

When we meet to do the run we will determine if people want to split from 3N16 and do the Bull and then make determination/ recommendation if you choose to or not.

All will do Jacoby first and then anything after will be decided as group.
 
Thanks to brianemc2_42 I just found out about this meet.

I have a stock fifth gen 4x4 ltd, will I be ok?
I have the stock tires that come on the fifth gen ltd.. Will that limit me anywhere?

I'm hoping I can make it, but ill find out by tomorrow.

The official trail of Jacoby Canyon and 3N16 you will be fine in a stock vehicle.
 
The "Non-official trail" would be if people decide to split off and do one of the Black diamond runs like gold Mtn or john bull once we get up to 3N16.
 
Just curious as to see if you had any idea as to what time we will be done, assuming Murphy dosent pay us a visit. My brother wants to tag along but has to be in la by 6.

No worries you will not be left alone, there are about 16 trucks getting together and I would say the majority will stay on the easy trail with you. But if you do get left alone on the easy trail we will supply you with a flashlight and a whistle. We got you covered!

only one way to find out, what better way to break a 5 gen in with a great group of people who are very helpful and informative.
put that A-trac to use! :)

oh yea I went down to ODL and got my rock sliders put on. don't have any photos yet but I will take them in action Saturday. see u all there!
