Thought I would share some pictures of the grille with everyone. I really like the look of the Satoshi Mod, but wasnt confident enough to start hacking away at it. It was expensive, but I'm completely happy with it.

Just got it from Burtman Industries! Now I need to find a place to paint match it. I already have the TRD badge for the lower right corner

I do love the Jaos grill and want one, but thats going to be one of the last mods I do. I love power to much...Do take pics when your finished on the truck!

You'd probably be better off just buying a spare grill and cutting it up for that much money...

I'd second that, if your on a budget (which most are). I still have my old chrome grill but....I think it looks just as good hanging in my room.

I definitely will post pictures when I'm done! And I agree, 800 would be outrageous.. its $420 for 06+ but even still, that was expensive. In my opinion, Its a drastic enough change from stock, that it was worth it. I actually might be able to get the paint matched and painted for free, so hopefully I'll save money there.

I recall paying something like $340 + $60 shipping from Japan when I bought mine a few years ago. I just spray painted it with Duplicolor satin black since I figured it was going to be pelted with rocks and bugs. At some point I'll just remove it and paint it again.

im really digging the looks of it over the stock, but gosh it is expensive for what you're getting.
i would want mine to match exact color of my truck, would any body shop be able to match and paint it i would assume?

i love mine but got it from burtman, yes its big $ after paying to have it painted. ive heard jaos has stopped making that grill, so if theres one on ebay better hurry.

Very easy. IIRC there are only 8 small screws that mount the grill to the hood.
