Jaos bull bar painted question

Hey team have a question
My 2003 4runner is grey with the dark trim
For the last 2 or 3 years now i have had a jaos bull bar and love it
However
I was thinking about my options to make it seem more "together"
it is a chrome bar and i was wondering how I would go about getting it painted to match my dark trim....any sugg would be great...I

I posted a similar idea a while back. You need special primer for chrome. Then paint it. I think it will look great. wish my 4th gen had a trim color.

Pics? Is Jaos chrome or polished stainless steel? Painting SS i believe would not be as difficult.

That looks great, I like it better painted as well. It goes well with your 2-tone paint and makes the whole truck look custom/planned.

Looks good. Did you have any trouble getting the correct paint code? Mydealership will not confirm the accessory color code for my ride. not sure who to check with next.

It was a bit of guess work
The shop and I worked by adjusting the "tone" of the paint slowly then when we found one that worked we tried it out
Was not very hard at all
If you look close its not perfect but I like it wayyyy more than before.
The only thing I am worried about is rock chips.....therefore i had the 3M film applied and luckily it is so easy to cut the guys were able to put it EVERYWHERE even the small cross bars.
I'm just glad it looks the way it does
