Jaos center guard weight question

Will the weight of this sag my front end at all ?

Stock suspension , 265/70. I do like the way it sit's in front right now, but don't want it hanging any lower.

I also was looking at the T&H bar . there is a silver one here with a stainless tube type bar that look's pretty good.

The front end will not sag with just a grill guard. I have a full brush guard that weights approx 65lbs and I didn't see any sag, I do have the XREAS.
