Jaos Euro Spoiler! Painted & Installed!!

Sooooo I finally got my spoiler back from the body shop, just installed it tonight, SUPER EASY!!

Can you remove that piece or would you just have him tape off and paint around it?

This is crazy, and very coincidental. My truck is a 99 SR5, I have 01 Tails, I have Gunmetal Sequoia wheels, and the Sport rack.....damn mine almost identical to yours. I have 6000K HIDs though. :awais:

got the spoiler for xmas and I know the guy from the body shop cause I deliver parts to him all the time (Honda parts driver) so it only ran me 75 bucks....i have him 100 and told him to give the 25 to the painter

I know the piece comes off, I just need to figure out how...

i am very happy with it, and would recommend it to anyone over that ugly 1983 s-10 blazer spoiler that toyota fitted on our runners

Once you remove the inside trim from the door, there is just one nut and four clips holding the 'garnish' (thats what the FSM calls it) on. Easy.

I painted my stock one silver so it matches the back of the truck (minus the garnish) but like the look of the Jaos spoiler much better. Now if I could only find one for $75...

yeahh.....got mine from mommy for xmas, but i hear they're like 250ish

it actually clamps on the top edge of the tailgate and inside the window frame, under the window run...i was really skeptical of the mounting, but it is plenty tight! they give you extra bolts if you want to drill the tailgate, but I opted not to...it's crazy tight though!

I've had it on only 2 days, but it rained today and I couldnt really tell the difference, oh well, still pretty!
