Japanese 4Runner lights work with U.S. 4Runner?

Does anyone know if the Japanese 4Runner (called Hilux) head-lights and tail-lights work with our U.S. version?

Pictured are factory Japanese parts.

* Thanks... Woody

PS - yes, I want the trash bag attachment, which should have been made available here.

Do you mean the trash bag? Because the attachment part IS on our trucks. And plastic supermarket bags work perfect on it.

I do like those Japanese lights and wish I could get the rear fog lights also.

Trash bag...

Yes, I meant the trash bag that attaches to the plastic flip-out part. Plastic bags work but they are slightly grotesque to look at, which is why most of us at home I guess have trash cans and put plastic bags inside them.

I wonder if that bag folds down easily with trash in it. I fold my seats up and down all the time and the plastic bags seem to allow for this.

I agree that it does look way better than a plastic bag.

You would think these things would be easily had considering we live in such a world wide market now a days'

I had heard the headlights won't work for some reason, but the tails will. If you e-mail Jason Burtman he can get all that stuff for you. Here is his web page.
