JBL mute for handsfree kit?

I'm looking for information on hooking up a handsfree kit to the JBL Synthesis stereo. Specifically, many handsfree kits have a wire that you can connect to the HU that tells it to mute the stereo while you are on the phone. Does anybody know if this is possible on the 4th gen stereo with the JBL single disc stereo? I f so, where do I connect the mute wire?
