JERK....in my transmission

I have a slight jerk in my transmission when I come to a stop. Almost sounds like the computer is telling it to shift at the wrong time. I have not problems outside while I am moving though.

Any thoughts? CV joint? Computer? Imagining things?

1) Transmission downshifting into first gear. Normal.
2) The usual 4Runner driveline clunk, that can be minimized by greasing the the driveshafts.

Seems as though it is getting really bad.

Did't have a problem or clunk in my 04'
