Jerking in 4Lo

When I first start to apply the gas the engine just revs up until I hit 2000 rpms. Then it will go into gear and jerk forward. There is a slight jerk into the next gear but not quite as bad as first hear. I only have this problem on 4lo. Any suggestions?

Did you ever figure out what was going on? I test drove a 2000 the other day and this exact thing was happening.
