thats why if i get my runner serviced for any reason, its either i am there to watch (to learn) or i go elsewhere..even the dealers NO ENTRY rules mean nothing when you start to walk!!!

I went there once about 3 years ago. I went in for an oil change on my Solara. After it was done they recommend an Air filter change, I figured I was due for one anyways. So I ask how much for the change, they said somehting like $25 bucks for it. When I said nevermind they asked if I was sure because it was a difficult process. I laughed and never returned to another service department for minor issues and began duing the work myself.

difficult to change an air filter......well it took me 2 min to do mine, and it took that long because someone taped the box shut of the new filter, and i dident have anything handy to open it with....

I go to a local place here but I know the manager and they let me watch the process but anything beyond the oil I go to the shop that sponsored my Eclipse for 5 race seasons and even tho' I no longer have my GSX they still give me cheap labor and do the job right.
