After putting on a winch and the bumper, put the front coils up one more notch on the spring perch and try it out - made a huge difference on mine way back in the day.

There isn't some super easy way to do it without disassembling the coil over that I'm not aware of is there?

You can do it by just removing the strut and putting the compressors on without disassembly. Then move the perch.
