JL Audio 500/1 and 12W7

I've got a 12w7 and 500/1 I'm looking to get rid of. 500/1 is less than 6 months old, 12w7 is about 9 months old. Excellent sounding sub, I'm just wanting to do something different in my car. I pulled it from a BMW and have it in my 4runner right now, but I like doing new things to different cars so I'm going for another setup.

If you have a 99-02 then I'll even throw in my trim panels from where I built this one in custom for the time being...I'll get pics up later tomorrow.

I'm in the Lake Norman-Charlotte area in North Carolina...but go towards Winston-Salem a lot too. I'd like to sell together but will let it go separate. $700 + shipping for all of it.
