There's a big motorsport complex near Pittsburgh called Beaverun that has recently opened up 300 acres or so with offroad trails for people to run. They're open once a month and they call the event Dirt Days. I went along on the weekend to check them out. Here's a few pics of my rig.

That looks like a great place and wow your 4Runner looks great! Makes me miss my old '00 :(

What all have you done to it besides the ARB? I always liked the look of those stock 16" 3 spoke wheels, what size tires are on there?

Haven't done much really, 265/75's, OME at the rear and OME/Tundra up the front. Other than a rear locker and some IPF's I dont plan on doing to much more. I'm very happy with its offroad capability and looks. But if I strike gold some time soon I'll probably throw in a BL, some 33's and re-gear too :)

A walk in the park...just kidding! Cool pics and very nice 4runner. The place looks pretty tight...tailor made for the 3rd gen 4runner. :)

It was very tight in spots, alot of the trails are probably more tailor made for Wranglers. This FJ in my group found the 'tightness' a problem here. He squeezed through the two trees, almost made it up the ledge but ended up sliding sideways between two of the trees. He got winched out so he wouldn't start rearranging his body work.

Do they do this on a certain weekend of the month? My father lives in Butler county so this would be a fun place, and close, to try next time I am in Pa.

The link in Lou's post above lists the days they run the trails.

I'm going to try and make the July 19 run.

Just posting a small pic so I can get it on the main page :)

Congrats on T4ROTM!!!

Your rig looks great! It makes me really wish I was still on vacation. Nice to see a rig out on a real trail. I see too many runners in LA that never see a speck of dirt...come to think of it my runner is a bit too clean right now :)

Darn work taking time away from going out and playing in the dirt!

good looking ride

Glad to see you as Rig of the Month and match a face to a name.

Did you ever do a body lift? I am researching those now.

Happy Holidays
