Only thing hurt was my ego. I was looking at my gps and clipped the side of a gate. I was only doing about 15mph. Once the the gate hooked the side of the 4 runner it pulled it into a pole. Funny thing is it was at the LA county sheriff HQ. They were super nice about it tho. I'm gonna need a new fender, bumper and hood. The spindle got bent and it wasn't drivable. The icon's and TC uca's look untouched. I'm going though insurance on this one. I'm guessing it will be around 5k to fix.

It sucks but that is what insurance is for. I bet it's more than $5K though.

Most shops should have it fixed within a week.

Yeah unfortunately I won't be able to get a bumper made in time for 1 week. Unless I go with arb, which I really don't like the look of, but I guess I could just sell it and use the money to buy a demello bumper. I'm sure it's possible over $5k I didn't even pop the hood and look inside.

Btw Great job on the video!!! I really enjoyed it. Smart move on setting the camera up to get everyone's squeeze. Although [MENTION=77357]85straight[/MENTION] made it look way too easy.
 
The only heavy bumper I like the look of is the slimline but they don't protect the sides.

At least with the Demello you could drive to Norco and pick it up, that is if they have one made.

Did you call any places? Most would be willing to hurry the process for a cost. If that's something your willing to do. I also was able to find a Shrockworks bumper here in the classifieds

Thanks, thankfully I have plenty of company trucks at my disposal. Unfortunately I am only authorized to pay finders fee's with bubbly adult drinks
 
From what I can see it looks like the front shocks are weeping after hitting that hump at 40MPH. Not sure why mine took it harder then most
Oh well! My lovely lady said " Here I have the $300 needed for the rest of the lift." The rest of the parts will arrive with in 2 weeks. I know, I know, I have an amazing lady!

I posted about 3 pages of pics from the run. Quite a lot but still not all, he didn't bring all his lenses so he was limited on how close he could get. I told him to send me the best quality ones of the 500+ he took

Yeah brotha,

I'm sorry just been getting my rig back together I had a lot of damage and crazy things to figure out with it. She's done as of yesterday thank god, lol. So I will post up tomorrow a poll of when and where to go. I'm thinking July 30th will be the date for this run. If you have some places in mind shoot them to me and I will put them on the poll. The poll will end on the 10th giving us time to get trails mapped out and people time to sign up.
